Cancellation Policy

Canceling your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of your service charges. If client is 15 minutes late that will result as a No Show, and 100% of services will be charged to the card on file. If client no-shows they will be required too pay a deposit for future appointments. If there is no card on file they will be responsible of paying the no-show fee of 100% of services along with deposit for next appointment.
